texte = I posted this problem here several days ago, but I have enough different information that I wanted to start over. This is a little bit off topic now, but I would really appreciate it if anyone who has seen this problem before could comment.I am having trouble connecting Webcatalog to Filemaker via ODBC on a Macintosh. This means that Webcatalog is running on a Mac, and that is a pivotal point of my problem. I can get it to work perfectly well under NT and Linux, but I need a Mac specific solution (to avoid buying another copy of webcatalog).I am running this script:[sql dsn=testdsn&statement=SELECT name FROM test] [founditems] [name] [/founditems] [/sql]And getting this error in response:SQL Error: S1106 [FileMaker][ODBC FileMaker Pro driver]In SQLExtendedFetch, only SQL_FETCH_NEXT is supported for SQL_SCROLL_FORWARD_ONLY cursors. I know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with the SQL query or the Filemaker database setup, because an NT machine running this same script and connecting to the same database works. This suggests two possibilities for where the problem is: the ODBC driver, or the driver manager. I am using the ODBC 3.11 Filemaker Pro PPC driver and the ODBC driver manager that ship with the Mac version of Filemaker Developer 5. I have gone through the documentation for them thouroughly, and I do not believe I have done anything wrong in terms of setup. I have also tried the OpenLink drivers, with the same results. Has anyone seen this before, or can anyone suggest different drivers/manager that might work?Again, I apologize for the off topic question, but I'm a little lost when it comes to Mac software. Thanks in advance.Marc Frechet------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
