In this case I have no way to know what, if anything they may want to do next. This is the primary email that I want to change. If they respond to the feedback address then of course it is set correctly, same if they wish to add a photo of themselves. With some planned changes to the site, I am trying to rely less and less on email, and more on information on the site. It will even probably get to the point that if they have a question, it will be stored in a database and they will log into their account to get their answer. At that time I no longer need to worry about this issue :)Thanks for the replies/suggestions.Daleon 11/27/2001 2:15 PM, Anup Setty at asetty@nuklias.com wrote:> If you are able to determine the function before sending out the email to > customers, > you can control the from address of the email. > If the response email depends on the information in the email then you can > post > a desclaimer at the top of the email and provide email links for different > functionalities > and ask the user to click on the email links to send email. > > HTH > > == Anup > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: dale > To: > Sent: Tuesday, November 27, 2001 5:35 AM > Subject: Setting a null value for reply to address using sendmail... > > >> Hello, >> >> When users on my site sign up or make certain requests they are sent an >> email.
