I do not have .db's as a serveable extension. no search, append, showcart commands allowed. Here is the deal... Some of my .db's I can access through FTP and some I can't.It appears like all of .db's are *not* served via http:So, my conclusion is that my databases are pretty safe as long as noone gets ahold of my ftp user/pass.My main question: I have 2 databases. both get written to daily. (one just gets appended, the other gets replaced, appended and deleted.)The database that just gets appended is accessable through ftp.The database that gets written to is not.FINALLY, HERE IS THE QUESTION: ;-) Is this how the databases are supposed to function? Thanks, Donovan -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------<><> Donovan Brooke <><>->ï ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
