convert characters

texte = I think this has been rehashed several times on this board but I'm not sure of theexact answer that I'm looking for.In my admin area of my website I am able to freely type in HTML code into a

and then have it displayed on the home page of my site.I do a little converting of the info typed into the <textarea> and everything worksfine except in Netscape 7.
