numero = 50283
interpreted = N
texte = It won't. We send out thousands of subscription e-mails and the one time we put the TM symbol in the header, many (if not most) of the bounces and replies had it translated to various gibberish. Since then we only include it in the message body (which is a legally acceptable alternative).-Chris-----Original Message----- From: John Peacock [mailto:jpeacock@rowman.com] Sent: Monday, May 12, 2003 9:53 AM To: WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com Subject: Re: How to put the Trademark Symbol (%99) in Sendmail? For example, with one font I was looking at, %99 looks like capital O with an umlaut. With the default font on my PC, the superscript TM is almost unreadable (it's more of a smudge).Just my 2 centsJohn-- John Peacock Director of Information Research and Technology Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group 4501 Forbes Boulevard Suite H Lanham, MD 20706 301-459-3366 x.5010 fax 301-429-5748 ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
