texte = Excellent! Thank you. I was hoping there was a generalized solution like this. Now for my last question ever, or at least today: when I call [NumFound] within a nested search it returns the value for the outer search, and I'd like to get the inner search's total found records. Is this possible, or should I use [index] within the inner search's [foundItems] context? Thanks again.Dave Hurley Biology Department University of WashingtonOn Sunday, May 18, 2003, at 03:42 PM, Donovan home EHG wrote:> Or, put this at the top of the page... > > [formvariables] > [showif [[name]]=[url][value][/url]] > [text][name]=[/text] > [/showif] > [/formvariables] > You can also use [listvariables] in certain scopes. > Donovan > > > > Dave Hurley wrote: > >> This must be something obvious that I've missed in the docs, but I am >> bothered that any form variable, text variable or db field value that >> is empty is displayed as [nameOfFieldOrVariable] instead of simply not >> being displayed at all.
