In my example I didn't [url] them but I do have them urled in =the search.I'm not all that sure I communicated my problem well enough.I have a database of strings, integers, and dates. I want the user to be =able to search through all of this by typing in whatever word, number, or =special character they want into a textbox and pressing a search button. =Basically a typical search here.If the user types in "56" then it finds "56" wherever it can and displays =that record. My problem is that when the initial [search] is done on the keyword(s) the =end_datetype=3Ddate is jacking everything up because end_date in the =database, isn't always a date. Sometimes it's zero to represent that it =has no end date. And since they all aren't a date (xx/xx/xxxx) it =completely messes up the search and returns all records in the database by =default no matter what the user typed into the keyword textbox. Literally =the user could type "lkasflkjasf" and it will return every record in the =database.Justin CarrollOn Wednesday, March 31, 1943, Donovan Brooke
