If you can't post the exact code, don't expect an exact solution. There's no bug in WC that will foul up the search results, but bugs in your database or code will. If your code is good, then your database is screwed up. Zero is not a date. Never was. Never will be. If you have to resort to some "workaround", you're asking for trouble. Either your code works with your data 100% of the time or it's a time bomb waiting to go off. A 99.99% success rate is no better, and probably worse, than a 0.01% success rate.
