texte = Tom, I'll put together the databases and perhaps some code snippets of how I accomplished this on my hobby site at www.the-proving-grounds.com. As John suggested, I ask the visitor to provide their country when they join (I use a very large database of countries and GMT offsets) and then set a cookie and append their selection to a database of users.
