texte = Thanks Terry, but that was not the problem. I was using a windows machine to try the download first. I tried IE and VoyagerFTP, they both failed. Then I tried two browsers and two more FTP programs on my Mac and they both failed as well.The fact of the matter is that SMSI's FTP site was down when I tried it. But as expected, they ignored my request to "tell me when it's up again" so I just tried it again the next day and it was working properly with the exact same URL on Windows and Mac.>Ken,>>I had this problem also.
