emailer not mailing

texte = We have a script which takes an order and encrypts it, then adds a header and moves it to the EmailFolder. From here, as I understand it, WebDNA's emailer program is supposed to email it - but it doesn't. Orders that are processed in the usual way (rather than run through the encryption script) still get emailed from the EmailFolder. I've tried placing a test file, unencrypted and with the header and body in the right format as per http://betadoc.pacific-coast.com/EMailFormat.html, and it doesn't get sent either. Any clues?
