texte = Thanks Donovan and Rob for your replies, Rob, your example seems to match the characters but mine does not. Here is the sample code I am trying: [grep search=Hello World

[/grep] It should display FRED>Hello World

by my understanding of how the matching works. Isn't this a simple two character match? It does not match however. I can't see what you have done differently in yours so that is does match. It looks like you are just matching the two characters like I am and then the contents between those two characters and the ending >. Your example will need a little tweeking as it doesn't work on the content I am trying to clean up such as this;
