texte = Hi Sorry for the off-topic I've just seen a few southern hemisphere people on this list and wondered if they could help me out a bit. My brother-in-law has just moved to Australia and is trying to get dial up access until he gets house/broadband/life all sorted. In the UK (where he comes from) there are a few companies that will allow you to use there dial-up access number with any username/password combination as they make their money from a kick back off the cost of the local rate call - no signup or monthly bills. Does anyone know if there is a similar company in oz that he could use or alternatively has anyone any recommendations of ISPs etc. He just needs access as we provide email etc for him. BTW He is living in Goulburn which I think is nearish to Sydney if it matters. Thanks for any help.
