texte = I have been building multilingual web application since building web application.... I use it like this (with WebDNA): 1. Use a cookie to store the language preference of the user. 2. Use a database for each language. 3. Write a function that query the database (if you use the cookie value as the db name you make it easy) and outputs the value you like to query. Example: "This is my text to translate". This sentence has the id "mytext" in the database. Now with a function you could use something like [translatethis mytext="mytext"]. Now you have a system that expands automatically and all you need to do for a new language is to give the user an option to chose the new language and add the db for this language. Easy, simple, straight forward. Hope this helps.
