A client of mine has questioned why sales tax isn't added to the
shipping (in NJ). My cart adds it just to the merchandise subtotal,
and I told her shipping wasn't taxable. Well, sure enough, she sent
me a bulletin saying that in NJ it is. So now I wonder... is this
typical in other states too or what?
