Any help?I forwarded the rest of your questions to tech support. While we haven't got an easy way to send ecrypted emails, there are a couple ways to securely pick up orders from the web -- we sometimes give people SiteEdit Pro access via the SSL server to the Completed folder. This lets them open the raw text files. Or I suppose you could FTP them down, too.The second way is much prettier, but requires the beta of WebCatalog2 - we have a way of displaying the contents of an order file (sort of like a $ShowCart), but now you can specify which folder the order file is in. So you give your employees password-protected access to the files via the SSL server, and you create a template that displays the order much like an invoice page from your store. The email that gets sent just contains a URL to the order file, rather than containing the whole order with the credit card number.Grant Hulbert, V.P.
