numero = 102596
interpreted = N
texte = Hello all,We are waiting until after the US Holiday weekendto start PR on the CICADA product launch. However,I wanted to give you guys/gals (our loyal talk list)a heads up on two final CICADA products that havebeen posted.http://dev.webdna.us/products.htmlYou will find both the Linux and Mac builds there.(This is a different Mac installer than the 6.2 postedlast week)UPGRADING?If you are using a beta product already, or havea previous WebDNA version installed, this installer willinstall directly over it. It will create a backupof your 'WebCatalogEngine' directory with a date/timestamp appended. Note, you *do* need to makea backup of your '/WebCatalog/' directory, as weopted to not back this directory up because ofthe customization that can take place in thisdirectory. So, in most cases, I suggest to renamethis directory to something like '_WebCatalogBU':sudo cp -R ./WebCatalog ./_WebCatalogBUThen, install CICADA, then re-introduce your filesto the new WebCatalog directory as needed.There is a cautionary prompt in the installer toremind you to do this if the installer finds anexisting 'WebCatalog' directory on the server.WINDOWS BUILD:As noted in another thread, the Windows buildwill be released later. Though I can't give adate for that right now, I can say we will beputting all our development priorities onfinishing that build before moving on toanything else.Sincerely,Donovan-- Donovan BrookeWebDNA Software Corporationhttp://www.webdna.us**[Square Bracket Utopia]**
