Okay thanks, I guess this means we cannot count on WebDNA to move a file without changing its permissions. > [waitforfile file=yournewfile][/waitforfile] > [shell]/chmod 777 ./[/shell] I know I can do a lot with shell script solutions and I will if I have to, but I cannot write a cross-platform website when using shell scripts. > I don't know of too many times where files marked at > 777 is a good thing. Actually my WebDNA prefs were set to 666/660 earlier, but I changed them to 777/777 then ran my tests again so I could see if a Linux permissions issue was causing the problem, and apparently it is not.
