[WebDNA] Admin Login Required to Serve any TPL Page

Recently, I changed the number of hits allowed in the preferences page from= 500 to 5000, saved the preferences and found that now I must log in as an A=dmin user to access any page that is mapped through WebDNA (.TPL) - includin=g those with no [protect].
If I sign on with any user who has admin access, the pages are served fine.= This is a real problem, has anyone run into this before? There =was one reference to this same issue on the Talklist but I didn’t see =any solution.
Any help would be appreciated.
