I have a domain name that I = want to purchase.

All I can say is that is a two word, easy to remember .com, with no = hyphens, numbers or funny spellings, and definitely no =91my=92 in front = of it ;p

The owner wants $16,500.

=46rom what I read, domain valuation = companies can come up with a number, but other sources say the number = has no relevance because at the end of the day it comes down = to:

-what the buyer is = willing to pay
-what the seller is willing to = take
- how bad the buyer wants it vs. how desperate = the seller is to unload it

Anyone have any strategies for = getting to legitimate price (it could be close to  the asking price = for all I know)?

PS: FWIW, there are free online estimators, which I figure are damn = near useless, that put the value at about $2000
