I did not look into what Chris sent you (suggested here)..
but if the goal is to write something in webdna that sends email, spread out across time, then I wrote a webdna script that sends batches of email like 50 a minute (or the number can be changed to anything one wanted). It used a meta refresh to send out the next batch.. It did not use BCC. It was probably 11 years ago. I posted it to the list here.. then. I think if you search the old archives you could find it.
