I would also prefer a set of local docs too.

Okay, I guess I can always httrack the docs so I can have my own local copy, but I won't think about doing this very often once I get my first copy ... so I'll end up being one of the people with outdated docs.
What would be far better for people like me who frequently develop offline might be for WSC to generate a new copy of downloadable docs every time they do something that updates the online docs. Along with this, a valuable service that emails subscribers (or people on this list) to tell them that a new version of the docs has been created.
This is the type of service that sets excellent companies apart from the rest. Just my thoughts on the matter ...
