I'm not doubting you, but the reason I ask is because you cannot just look at the time displayed in your email client software. Instead you actually have to look at the email headers to confirm that the Date header added by WebDNA is setting the correct GMT offset. My client's server (version 6.0) is setting the GMT offset to -0800 when it's supposed to be -0700, that's how I tracked down and confirmed this bug earlier today.
