Chris I know that you don't have time on your side but devoting effort to creating install scripts will surly increase WebDNA usage, it got me over the hump moving from Windows to Linux. 

Now with a working server and a fully configured disk image I have found setting up new server instances at hosts such as Linode is effortless which leads to a server instance per client rather than all sitting on a shared server which in-turn means more licences required.
