Only to those who took advantage of WSC's offer of purchasing within a certain time frame
in the last couple months. Those individuals are being notified directly.

However, as with the 6x release, any lesser Server 8 product can always be upgraded
to any higher Server 8 product, without losing it's value, directly at the store. The system
adds a $10 fee for upgrades.
