texte = Plesk is the problem. cPanel does the same thing. These control panels apparently rewrite apache config files periodically, and in doing so they overwrite WebDNA entries thus breaking WebDNA. I suspect there are "templates" used as the basis for rewriting the actual apache config files. If these templates were manually rewritten to include WebDNA's entries, I suspect that WebDNA might actually function properly on Plesk and cPanel servers. I have always wanted to find these templates and "fix them" but until now no client has been willing to pay for this labor. Imagine Fantastico offering a WebDNA option via cPanel. Might this not expand the use of WebDNA dramatically? I think I suggested this (the first time) a decade ago if not earlier.
