The first two characters are trunca= ted, and then, of course it won't function.

Are you sure about this?=C2=A0 It's always worked for me.=C2=A0 = Have you
looked in your EMailProblem folder?

Also note for clarification:

Commands are no longer a part of the WebDNA language.=C2=A0 Now we use
ONLY tags and contexts ...

A tag is a single stand-alone WebDNA language component such as
[cart] or [date] or [ipaddress], whereas a 'context' is a nested code section with a beginning and an ending, and that normally
encloses other contexts and/or tags:

[search ...]
[showif [numfound]=3D0]
[/showif]
[founditems]
[/founditems]
[/search]

[listfiles ...]
[index]
[filename]
[/listfiles]

[grep ...]
[include ...]
[/grep]

The tags in this example are numfound, index, filename and
include.=C2=A0 All the others are contexts.=C2=A0 No commands anywhere here= ..
