Just 
[text]name=3D[name][/text] 
added to it towards the top.

The on ly other webdna code on it so far are 2 include snipp= ets:
[include file=3Dnavi= gation.inc]
[i= nclude file=3Dfooter]

If I manually code this into the new page:
[text]name=3DMellisa[/text] 
all is we= ll, but I want the "Mellisa" part as an example to be passed from the form = when the page is created/copied, to avoid having to manually add that.
