texte = We're running a test on Web Merchant. We have the web merchant folder inthe WebCatalog folder. When we select a pay method of AC from theinvoice.tmpl ANY entry into the account number form blank results in anapproved sale. What makes this most entertaining is that it seems to work even ifAccountAuthorizer isn't specified in the prefs for WebMerchant. We can get the AccountAuthorizer to error so we know that it does run.The first question is: What exactly is the WebCatalog cgi passing toAccountAuthorizer? The first function in the AppleScript is looking for adata string and a list as a parameter.event AuthAcct {account, monthAccount, yearAccount, amount}Since this is apparently sent by the cgi, I can't edit it. And since theAppleScript functions never use any of the parameters except account, I'massuming that null or void values don't matter. If I change the name and parameter for the first function in theAppleScript and run it locally, I can get true or false results. This tellsme that the AppleScript actually works and will march through a data baseand lookup the account numbers. What seems to be not working is that the cgi, WebCatalog or WebMerchantisn't actually using the returned value from the AppleScript.Where is the problem and how do I solve this?Rob______________Rob DillonDigital Design Group Limitedwww.ddg-designs.comProducers of interactive media and other fine visual products (SM)
