I've posted a version of this question for starnine tech support, but perhaps someone on the list has already dealt with this problem. We have webstar 2.0 and webstar/ssl 2.0 set up on the same server (one copy of webstar). They run in separate folders, each at the root level of the hard disk.We also have webcatalog 2.0. We want to set it up to run on both the regular webstar server and also the ssl server. We installed it in both webstar folders and set them up with the same serial #, but the webcatalog running with the ssl server doesn't work properly:1. When we try to run the webcatalog plugin in the ssl server, it bombs with a type 2 error as soon as you hit a .tmpl page.2. When we run webcatalog.acgi with the ssl server, we are seeing strange behavior. The latest and most serious problem is that the invoice.tmpl page will not process the data sent by submitting the form data from shoppingcarts.tmpl (our store is based on the examples included with webcatalog). We get the error message saying that the 'showcart' command requires a cart number, even though there is a cart number in the html in shoppingcart.tmpl.The same files, when moved over to the regular webstar folder, work just fine with no code changes. The store in the regular server is http://www.planeteria.net/smartstore/entrytemp.tmpl.The store in the ssl server is https://netnews.planeteria.net/smartstore/entrytemp.tmpl.My questions:1. Is it ok to run one copy of webcatalog in both the regular and ssl folders? Is this a licensing issue?2. Assuming that licensing is not an issue (we could buy another copy if necessary) is it ok to run more than one copy of webcatalog on a single machine? Are the two copies trying to use the same system heap or variables?3. Is the webcatalog plugin supposed to work with the ssl server? Why the type 2 errors?4. Why does the same code work in the regular webstar folder with the webcatalog plugin and not in the webstar ssl folder with the .acgi? Thanks for your help!
