What I have been lead to believe by following this list us that you run the webcat acgi and both the regular webstar and the webstar-ssl in the same root folder and when you want to go to secure then you do a full url to the https:// and then when they are done you send them back to the regular version with a full http://. My understanding is that the https version is slower then the regular version.
