Can I invoke an ssi plugin from within a webcat page

texte = I use the Rotate plugin to manage banner ads on a fairly large site. All pages with the .html suffix are processed by the ssi plugin which picks up the call to the rotate plugin which then inserts a banner in the appropriate place. All webcat pages have filename .tmpl.
