This is much more of HTML issue that a WebCatalog one (although of course WebCatalog serves up random banner ads quite nicely), because you need to insert some HTML onto a 'foreign' site that grabs your ads.The foreign server either needs to use Frames, or it must have some kind of SSI ability that lets it execute a URL and embed the contents into its own pages.
