The variable was defined, I just did not put the definition into the mail. Sorry. My above problem is solved: the loop executed because of wrong coding with nested [lineitems]. I was adding a never ending number of new items to the cart...I am not sure yet when WebCat can use a defined variable and when not. Is it somehow depending on the depth of nested context's?
