I can read your db file but get only spaces (not tabs and returns) so I can't tell if it is ok.Netcraft shows 204.107.136.2 is running WebSTAR NetCloak. Is it normal, that NetCloak is shown together with the server? Maybe you should try to disable NetCloak for a test - just to be sure you have not misconfigurated something...
