[SendMail] from a form?

texte = Hi folks,I'm trying to set up a form in WC that the user will fill out with their personal info (name, email, phone, etc.) and have that information emailed to a specific address. I also need this email to include information selected from a hitlist of items in a WC database. Currently I have a hitlist with checkboxes after each item, which the user can select, then a form after the hitlist. I'd like one field from each entry selected to appear in the email sent out by the form (ex: say a person wanted more info about an item from the hitlist. They would mark the checkbox, fill out the form, and the form would include the ID number of each item that the person had checked in the hitlist).Does anyone have any suggestions how to go about doing this? I have a seperate template set up as an email file using the [SendMail] tag. I'm not sure how to pass the information from the form and hitlist to the [SendMail] template.
