texte = I have had it up to my ears with this BS on the videos, the cost of webcatalog, etc. If this person is upset with the product, then go find an alternative. It appears to me that they bring up this issue week in and week out on the list serves no purpose other then the following...1.) A weak try to get PCS to cough up a set of free videos, that are sold by a third party, to this person so they shut-up.2.) A self promoting attention getter.I have no time nor the patients to read this spewed garbage and an attack on a private company, it's pricing, it's policies in a public forum they created to answer tech questions and fellow webcaters, wild or not to help each other on. What is the &^%$% point. You told us once you think the price is to high and the tapes should be included. We list members understood you the first time. We list members are not deaf!I grossly detest these attacks on this same company as defined above that have made me money, provided a solution I can't find elsewhere in an all in one package.I am sick and tired attacks on this same company as defined above and or it's employees for it's tech support. Tech support that I find second to none for after hours, weekends and holidays. Adding feature requests to new versions, in the beta cycle at almost the drop of a hat.I am absolutely beside myself that all of the above can disrupt the harmony of this list and or the co-operation that fellow users provide to each other, in almost a family like atmosphere.I am asking do we need to take up a collection as users of this software to get this &%$#$&* idiot to sell us his serial number and throw that serial number into the hat for the wild webcat'ers award #2 if there is such a thing.As mooseman suggested, lets show this jerk to the door and get him the hell out of dodge. I have no idea how Jay, John or Grant can stomach these repeated 100% outlandish attacks and want to come into work each morning and try to develop the next killer version for the 999.999% of us who love this great product. For their sanity as well as mine I will do anything in my power to make this person go away to another solution he thinks is better and leave us alone in harmony with this fantastic product.Yes I am mad as hell tonight over this issue and I had a great day today. Cause I want PCS not to be discouraged in the tinyest, itzzy bitzzy way mentally other then making version 4.0 Kick ass, over version 3.0 that really kicks ass over version 2.1.3!! And they got there work cut out for 4.0, because we as user keep raising the bar on them with feature requests and they have been responding to our raises.To my fellow wildwebcater's who are in love with this product and have helped me create my wild and goofy solutions outside of common e-commerce stuff over the years I apologize to you for this message with all my heart.
