When an orderis placed, it goes through and is saved to the order file with noproblems, but a short time after (anywhere from 2 minutes to threehours) another order file appears in the Orders folder with the exactsame number, but with 'ship' appended to the end of it. This order fileis blank (no info). It was working fine up until about noon today. Anyideas? Thanks,John
