texte = Hello everyone,I'm evaluating WebCat for a site redesign and I have a question for you.I love the idea of serving my products out of a database but am worriedabout how this is going to affect their presence in the search engines. Iget a good bit of traffic from the search engines to individual productpages. How have you folks dealt with this issue? Is there anyway to use urls that look like standard urls but really aredatabase calls? In other words, change:http://www.server.com/product.tpl?id=12345to:http://www.server.com/12345/product.tplor something like this to allow the search engines to traverse theindividual product pages? Or is there another solution? Thanks,Sam Lewis, Webmaster & Systems Admin.Tehabi Books http://www.tehabi.com/1201 Camino Del Mar, Suite 100, Del Mar, CA 92014Tel: 619-481-7600 Fax: 619-481-3247 mailto:Sam@tehabi.comGet FREE Electronic Postcards at http://www.tehabi.com/postcards/
