Webcat 3 Bug?!?! Netscape + Protect + Posted Form

This WebDNA talk-list message is from

1998

It keeps the original formatting.
numero = 22036
interpreted = N
texte = Here's the deal.I have a page with a form (doesn't matter what is in it, i'll just make something up here:(I've removed the Less thans and greater thans so that no e-mail program tries to actually make these forms)form method=post action=here.tpl input type=hidden name=bug value=nope input type=submit /formNow, here's the deal. This works fine both as a get AND as a postnow, if I add a [protect] tag in there (obviously with a name), it stops sending all form variables. This ONLY happens as a post operation under ALL versions of netscape (well, 3 and above, all variations in between) If I make it a get, the thing works fine, but as a post, the only item that [formvariables] sees is the variable template=thetemplatename Does anyone have ANY idea why something like this would be happening? It's pretty much really pissing off the customer since the site USED to work. Even creating a new page with that form and protect tag calls the same problem. WIthout the protect tag the site works fine.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.-Howard Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
