I have not reinstated the code onto the website yet.Special Note to PCS:Come on guys! You're sitting at the adult table now. I am truly disappointed in the lack of respect you show to your customers. We all bought this software, and use it daily to generate some or all of ourlivelihood. Our income in part is dependent on your ability to properly code softwarethat is stable, fast, and easy to develop with. (all things your websitepromises) Yet when a problem is discovered, you don't respond publicly, andadmit to the error, and post an incremental fix to the software. How do youexpect us, your users, to admit to our customers why our servers are havingproblems? Have you fixed the Mac CGI serial number problem? When did you announce the fix? Where? How long have you known about this date problem? It sound's like Ken has know about it for some time. What about the redirect memory leak? Does it only affect redirects inside of searches, or all redirects?Did you respond privately to only the person who complained?Don't I, as a user of your software also have the right to an answer thatprobably is affecting me?Where is the developer part of your website? Your website says for questions, join this list, well, I'm on it, and allof the other people on this list can't answer questions about coreprogramming issues with WebCatalog, and tell me a date when I can expectproblems like this to be fixed. The courtesy of a response is appreciated.
