Open Databases on Restart

texte = One of my sites has databases with over 2 million records which need to be opened everytime the server is started rather than have the user start the database on demand and wait the long time for the database(s) to load which is over 30 seconds for one database.I'm looking for some simple way to open selected databases on startup rather than open a browser which redirects to the templates required using vital RAM.
