To simplify the task, make the name of the file [sku].html Then just code the writefile context as if you were laying out the page in a regular text editor. Include all the dynamic information that you need like [sku], [price], etc. then close it [/writefile][/founditems]You could also put a link on the bottom back to some type of index page which you could generate like this [search db=.......] [writefile file=index.html&secure=f] Look at our products...<BR> [founditems] <a href=[sku].html>[title (or whatever you want)]<BR> [/founditems] [/search]you get the idea. Then just watch your harddrive light up as your server takes MASSIVE harddisk hits.-howard On Tue, 19 Jan 1999, Talklist wrote:> I'am trying to take my database and setup a template of some sort that would > and read each record and automaticaly generate a little plain jane webpage > for each record. any body have any idea's on this one , or where to start... > a little kick in the ass would be nice....heh heh > > thanks in advance > > > Chris > > > > Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
