I should have realized that I would have to build something into the original form to handle displaying the returned information. (shaking his head in exasperation with himself) It's now working as it should... with one big exception.First I made one modification to your header -- results in better English :)[showif [error]>0]

[/showif]Second, I'm probably going to have a problem with the method of using a redirect from the target template back to the entry form. The reason it works when I comment out the check boxes and radio buttons, and doesn't when I display them, is that there are a LOT of them (I count 27 due to the client's desired use of individual check boxes rather than a multiple selection list). Any errors result in a redirected URL that's too long. There's also a comment field that all by itself could result in too long a URL (there's a 255 character limit, right?).Anyhow, as homework I may try to modify your technique to work with POSTing the data back to the same page. If you have any hints I wouldn't refuse them. :)Thanks for the help.-- Chris Vargas Seen on a t-shirt: or Taxation WITH Representation or Isn't So Hot Either. http://www.chrisandmaria.com/------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server.
