We had a similar problem. It seems that certain versions of the AOL browser choke on secure connections. The only solution I have been able to come up with so far is to use browser name to hide the s in https connections and all is well - except that the transaction is no longer secure, which seems to not be a problem for the typical less net-savvy AOL user. Only one complaint in that area so far - a woman called our client to cancel her order because some one had shown her that the transaction was not secure. But it didn't stop her from placing the order in the first place.Some versions of the AOL software did not require installation of an encryption component.There are other problems and we haven't solved them.I'd like to hear from others also.I orinally thought that caching was the primary problem ----This keeps pages from being cached, right?
