If you find yourself with an Excel product follow the directions below to covert over.Import Microsoft Excel data into Microsoft AccessBefore you begin this procedure, close the Microsoft Excel workbook that contains the data you want to use in Microsoft Access. If the Microsoft Excel worksheet contains column labels in the first row, Microsoft Access uses the labels as field names in the new table it creates to contain the imported data.1 On the File menu in Microsoft Access, point to Get External Data, and then click Import. 2 In the Import dialog box, click Microsoft Excel in the Files of type box. 3 In the Look in list, locate the file you want to import, and then double-click the file. 4 Follow the directions in the Import Spreadsheet Wizard.Good Luck Gwendolyn--- Kenneth Grome wrote: > >how do you recommend one decides he has a corrupt > DB? > >If I open my DB with BBedit what do I look for? > >Or should I need to open it with something else? > > Import it into a database program like FileMaker or > Panorama or Access, or a spreadsheet program like > Excel.
