texte = The lack of response could be obvious...IF their intentions are to consume all development with WebCatalog, why would it matter to provide customer service to their customers, who are perhaps slowly evolving to their competitors? What happens if say Ken, Bob, Aaron, and all the other people that generally answerer questions quit using WebCat? How will SM possibly sell any more copies with NO support at all.
