texte = I think I have a solution, but wanted to check-in to see if anyone has a better idea.MacOS, Web*4.2, TyphoonPro3.0.7The requirement is that the admin of a site wants to download a database. Hopefully, just typing the name of the database won't let him. FTP is not an option. My solution is for the admin to go to a [protect] protedted template which will offer him a link to Download the database. Behind that link is a template that will do a commitdatabase followed by a copyfile to make a downloadable copy of the database. Then the template will do a redirect to the URL of the copied file. Will this work? Any better ideas? Will the copy of the database be servable? In the first template:[commitdatabase some.db] [copyfile from=some.db&to=copy.txt] [redirect template2.tpl]in template2.tpl[redirect copy.txt]Thanks, ___Joe___ _________________________________________________ Joseph D'Andrea JoeDan@West21.com WEST21.com Internet services for the 21st Century http://www.west21.com/ _________________________________________________ ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
