I'll post the solution seperately so that it'll be available in the archives for future use.I swear that trying to build a site by reading the WC manual is like getting all the parts manuals that GM publishes, then going to your garage and trying to build a Buick. The info about the parts is there, but there's very little that tells you how to assemble them.
