texte = In general there is a two fold approach1) All messages that come in to technical support directly can be elevated to development attention, this is the best way to get bugs into our development process. We try to catch everything that comes up on the talk list and add it to this list as well obviously...2) QC does a full sweep on all release candidates that development presents.We have two things working against us...1) We are human and do miss things2) The transition of PCS into Internet Solutions Division - obviously in growing pains, more things than we would like fell through the cracks...We have a relatively active beta going on right now for 4.0 (webcatalog-beta@talk.smithmicro.com), we of course have QC in a full court press to make sure that 4.0 is ready...I hope this helps to understand the enormous effort we put forth trying to have the best product and functionality for everyone...>How does Smith Micro track bugs?
